RefSpark provides automated referral outreach services for healthcare therapy practices. We generate personalized email campaigns to help you build relationships with local healthcare providers who may refer patients to your practice.
RefSpark is offered as a monthly subscription at $297/month with a 6-month minimum commitment. Billing is processed through Stripe. You may cancel after the minimum commitment period with 30 days notice.
All outreach emails comply with CAN-SPAM Act requirements. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time and are immediately added to a global block list. We do not send emails to addresses that have opted out.
Lead data (provider names, emails, practice information) is sourced from publicly available directories and databases. Your practice information is used solely to personalize outreach campaigns. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Campaign performance depends on email deliverability, provider responsiveness, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific reply rates or referral outcomes.
RefSpark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
We may update these terms with 30 days email notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
