1. Information We Collect

From you: Practice name, owner name, email, phone, website, location, services offered, and practice differentiators provided during onboarding.

From public sources: Healthcare provider names, practice addresses, emails, phone numbers, and specialties from public directories (NPI Registry, Google Maps).

Automatically: Usage data, login timestamps, and campaign engagement metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate personalized email campaigns on your behalf
  • Manage your referral outreach pipeline
  • Send you notifications about campaign performance and replies
  • Process payments through Stripe
  • Improve our service

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — database hosting
  • Smartlead — email delivery
  • Resend — transactional emails (notifications to you)

We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Lead data in the global database is retained indefinitely to prevent duplicate outreach across clients.

5. Your Rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing matt@abadigitalmarketing.com. Data export is also available from your Settings page.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level database security, and secure authentication. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
